This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 14.9.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Meerut cancelling the Fair Price Shop license of the petitioner.
The petitioner has statutory remedy of filing an Appeal under paragraph 13(1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
This writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory remedy alone.
It shall be open for the petitioner to take all factual or legal grounds by filing his Appeal.
