The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that proceedings for correction of papers were instituted by him, which culminated in an order in his favour.
Against the order passed in favour of the petitioner, a revision filed by the respondents is pending consideration since October 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court concerned may endeavour to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before it.
