"Learned counsel for the appellant has not taken necessary steps in pursuance of the order dated 31.01.2012 passed by this Court. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed qua unserved respondent no.1. To be listed for final hearing on 13.03.2012."

Mr.

Patel, learned advocate for the appellant was not present even on 13.03.2012 and no action was taken. Mr. Patel is not present even today. No action has been taken till date. Hence appeal stands dismissed for default.
