JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By order dated 28.08.2012, this Court has issued fresh notice to unserved respondent No.4 and direct service was also permitted.
2. Mr.J.V. Japee, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in spite of the best efforts, respondent No.4 could not be served as he is not residing at the address mentioned in the petition and, therefore, learned counsel Mr.Japee prays for fresh notice to respondent No.4.
3. Hence, fresh notice to the unserved respondent No.4, returnable on 27.11.2012. Over and above the regular mode of service, the petitioners shall also serve unserved respondent No.4 by R.P.A.D. additionally.
