The learned advocates for the parties have jointly submitted that Hindu Marriage Petition No. 12 of 2011, which is sought to be transferred in the present Misc. Civil Application, has already been decided and disposed of by the concerned Court by order dated 29/12/2012 and hence, present application does not survive. Considering the same, the present Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
