Shah, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that an application to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1.2 has already been filed but the said application has not been listed on the Board. She prays that it may be listed along with the petition.
List the petition on 07.10.2013 along with the application for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1.2, if such an application has been filed and if there is no office objections.
