Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bharat Pratap Singh for the respondents.
The present petition challenges an order dated 2nd May, 2016, passed by National Council for Teacher Education by which recognition for D.El.Ed. course has been accorded to the petitioner college to the extent of 50 seats as against 100 seats claimed.
To the extent of remaining 50 seats, the claim of the petitioner would be deemed rejected and therefore appropriate course for the petitioner is either to appeal against the order to the extent it rejects his claim or to file fresh application, as may be advised.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 30.3.2018.
