Heard Ms. Suman Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gauri Shankar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Sri Gauri Shankar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 contends that the compliance affidavit has been filed in the registry.
Ms. Suman Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission. She contends that the fact of this writ petition is covered by a judgment of this Court entered on 11.07.2019 in WRIT - C No. - 19955 of 2019, Shri Shashikant and another Vs. Union of India and Others.
Sri Gauri Shankar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 does not dispute the aforesaid fact and contends that the judgment entered by this Court in the case of Shri Shashikant(supra), has been complied with.
The writ petition is disposed of finally in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Shri Shashikant(supra).
The respondent no. 2, Executive Director, State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT), Lucknow, U.P. and the respondent no. 3, Director, State Council of Employment and Training, Bans Mandi Chauraha, Lucknow, U.P. have appointed a counsel at Allahabad.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court is modified and the notices on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 may not be received by the Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P., unless ordered by the State.
