Petitioner is before this Court assailing the order impugned dated 24.4.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Etawah whereby the petitioner's representation for tranfer of the name has been rejected in absence of any sale deed/gift deed.
Once the Court has declined to interfere in the matter, confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
