JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the matter being taken up, Sri Khanna, learned standing counsel submits that as elections were going on and also on account of holi vacations, requisite instructions could not be obtained. He prays for some time, so that by the next date in all eventuality the orders dated 16.01.2012 and 27.02.2012 would be complied with.
Request made is accepted. List this case on 26.03.2012. By that time, Sri Khanna shall ensure that the orders passed by this Court are complied with.
Let a copy of this order be suppleidd to Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel for its compliance.
