Learned counsel for petitioner has claimed that the petitioner and the concerned girl are present. The concerned girl is not co-petitioner. Though she is one of the accused as per the FIR, she is not even impleaded as respondent. Furthermore, any document reflecting identity of the concerned girl is not placed on record. Therefore, it is not possible to confirm the identity of the girl who is present in the Court. The documents reflecting identity of the concerned girl shall be placed on record. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that relevant documents reflecting identity of the concerned girl will be placed on record. Furthermore, FIR contains allegation against the girl also.
The petitioner has claimed that the petitioner and the concerned girl have got married on 16th October 2012 and a photocopy of a document purporting to be certificate of registration of marriage is placed on record. It appears to have been signed by Talati-cum-
R/CR.MA/17763/2012 ORDER Mantri. The signature is put at the place which is marked for the Registrar of Marriages.
Let Notice be issued returnable on 27th December 2012. Direct service is permitted.
