This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the objection of the petitioner which has been filed in reply to the notice dated 3.2.2021 be considered.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner's apprehension that the reply shall not be considered is misfounded. The petitioner's objection shall be considered and thereafter orders shall be passed.
It has been also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that without any order being passed no eviction shall take place.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of.
