By the impugned order dated 23.03.2018 passed by the A.C.J.M., Court No. 1, Jhansi in Case No. 1071 of 2016, (State vs. Chaturbhuj Mishra and others), under Sections 532, 323, 325, 506 IPC, P.S. Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi, the discharge application filed by the applicants has been rejected. It is noted in the impugned order that there is injury report. In the circumstances, court below has rejected the discharge application.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any illegality, infirmity or perversity in the impugned order.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
