Heard Sri Kunwar Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
Pursuant to an order of this Court dated 6.10.2017 passed in Writ A No. 46535 of 2017 (Chaturbhuj Dixit Vs. State of U.P. and others), the petitioner was allowed to retire voluntarily. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition today is that in spite of him being retired, the pension etc. is not extended to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of pension upon his voluntary retirement and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh representation is presented before the authority concerned, i.e., respondent no.3.
