Learned AGP, Shri Hardik Soni with great reluctance sought time, as on account of communication gap the direction of order dated 17.04.2012 is remained non complied, though, the Court has observed that last opportunity is granted. But, as the time is sought on account of personal difficulty, the relaxation is made and it is hereby ordered that if the affidavit, as ordered under order dated 17.04.2012, is not filed by 30.04.2012, the Secretary of the department shall personally remain present before this Court to explain the conduct, which is evinced at page no.55. Hence, S.O. to 30.04.2012.
