(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the agricultural work of the land of the family. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, report has been submitted by the authority. The learned A.P.P., under the instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Dahod, states that the convict has two major sons who can take care of the agricultural work.
Under the circumstances, we find that the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, present application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
