Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to the petitioner filing a detailed representation in respect of his various claims within a period of two weeks from today and all contentions on merits being left open, the said respondent shall duly attend to the said representation and dispose it of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in view of the statement made and noted above.
