Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri Bhagwan Dutt Pandey, counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the dues, as claimed by the petitioner, are not being paid despite there being an admission with regard to the payment of dues.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached by filing a representation before the Respondent No. 3, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same along with a web generated copy of this order.
