Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedies under Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (for short “EPF & MP Act”).
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the remedies under EPF & MP Act. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
