JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 434 and 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.58 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
