Apprehending interference by the respondents with the possession of the property of the petitioner, the petitioner instituted a suit as O.S.No.308/2014 before the Munsiff Court, Chengannur. They also filed I.A.No.1235/2014 for interim injunction seeking to restrain the respondents from interfering with their possession. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in this original petition is that since there is no regular sitting in the above court, the matter is not being taken up and the application lies unattended and that has caused considerable loss and injury to the petitioner. The petitioner apprehends dispossession at any point of time. It is therefore prayed that there may be a direction to dispose of I.A.No.1235/2014 at the earliest.
3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.
O.P.(C) No.2809/2014 2 This petition is allowed and Munsiff Court, Chengannur is directed to take up I.A.No.1235/2014 in O.S.No.308/2014 at the earliest and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
