1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:
7.(A)Your Lordships may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondent No.1 i.e. the District Education Officer, Vadodara to accept the proposal of the school and the School Authority to pass an order to give regular appointment with full pay scale to the petitioner as the the petitioner has completed five years of service satisfactorily or in the alternatively, (B) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 16.08.2011 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate and reasoned orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within 2 months from the date of receipt of the order from this Hon'ble Court.
2.0 Inspite of the recommendation made by the Court, the District Education Officer, Vadodara has not considered the proposal of the school. The same will be considered by the District Education Officer, Vadodara within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the order of this Court. With the above direction, petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs. Direct Service is permitted.
