1. Heard Sri Veerendra Jaiswal learned counsel holding brief of learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ankit Srivastava learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Charan Singh, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1068 of 2021, under Sections - 420, 468, 406, 423, 424, 465, 34 I.P.C., Police Station - Govardhan, District - Mathura.
3. In view of the fact that the FIR is of the year 2016 and the charge sheet is also stated to have been submitted on 29.6.2021 and further it is no clear if the applicant had ever participated in the investigation, the interference as prayed is declined.
4. Accordingly the present application is rejected with liberty to the applicant to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be considered on its own merits and without being prejudiced by the observations made in this order.
