Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri B. Shashidhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, filed a memo into the Court to the effect that the grievance of the petitioners in the Writ Petition stood answered in the light of the proceedings issued by the respondents. He has further requested the Court to close the Writ Petition as the cause in it does not survive.
Noting down the said submission, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
