At the hearing, the respondent is personally The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) submitted that the order of this Court was duly complied with and that feeling aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has in fact filed a separate Writ Petition.
This submission is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
