… Respondent THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.158 OF 2014 O R D E R This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the o dated 09.04.2013 passed by this Court in WPMP No.13108 of 201 W.P.No.10571 of 2013. The direction issued by this Court, by way of the order, was to the Registering Officer concerned. The contempt case was instit against the sole respondent, Sri Mysaiah, who was described as the Joint Registrar-II/I, Karimnagar. As the named respondent did not appear de service of notice, the contempt case was admitted on 18.03.2014 and directed to be listed for appearance of the respondent on 25.04.2014.
Today, the respondent appears in person and the learned Assi Government Pleader for Revenue representing him states that he had n worked as the Joint Sub-Registrar-II/I at Karimnagar and that he had nothing t with the implementation of the order passed by this Court.
This casual mistake on the part of the petitioner cannot be tolerated. W he institutes contempt proceedings before this Court, minimum care and cau should be exercised to find out and name the respondent correctly as proceedings are quasi-criminal in nature.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed with costs of Rs.500/- w shall be paid by the petitioner to the sole respondent within one week from tod Office is directed to list this matter for reporting compliance on 13.06.20 25th APRIL, 2014 ------------------------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J
