ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his application dated 10.02.2016 vide Annexure-B. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondent No. 1 to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
The respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the representation dated 10.02.2016 vide Annexure-B and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
