The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that after the remand was made to the Trial Court on 5.9.2017, the mutation case under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.T-20180544040336 (Chanmati Vs. Kamlawati) pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasya, District Kushinagar was not being decided and only dates were being fixed. She, therefore, prays that the mutation case may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 20180544040336 (Chanmati Vs. Kamlawati) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
