Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bansgaon, District- Gorakhpur to consider and decide the Original Suit No. 500 of 2006 (Chanmati Vs. Ramsumer) expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
The order sheet does not reflect any inordinate delay on the part of the concerned Court in disposal of the suit in question. The Court finds no ground to frame peremptory directions for its out of turn disposal at this stage. The petitioner has also failed to establish that the roster of that court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The petition is dismissed.
