1. Sri Shri Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicants submits that learned Additional Sessions Judge / FTC, Sonebhadra where criminal Misc. Revision No. 343 of 2020 (State Vs. Chanki Malviya @ Avinash Malviya), under section 3(1) Gangster Act is pending be directed to decide the aforesaid criminal revision as expeditiously as possible.
2. This prayer is not opposed by learned AGA.
3. In view of such facts, this application can be disposed of with a direction to Additional Sessions Judge / FTC, Sonebhadra to decide the aforesaid criminal case of the applicant on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, if possible, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of computer downloaded copy in PDF form of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
4. In above terms, the application is disposed of.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
