It is reported that Shri K.K. Pujara, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant of Special Criminal Application No. 1035/2004 has filed sick note. It is also reported that Shri Mihir Thakore, learned Senior advocate appearing on his behalf is also not available. It is required to be noted that these matters are required to be adjourned by the Court on one ground or the other and/or non availability of one Counsel or the other. However, in the interest of justice, as a last chance, stand over to 25/01/2012. On that day, irrespective of sick note or leave note and/or non-availability of the Senior advocate and/or the advocate on record the matter shall be proceeded further, without fail.
