Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.
By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his niece, which is scheduled on 18.3.2012.
From the jail report, it appears that the applicant - convict had already been released on temporary bail in the month of December, 2011.
Considering the totality of the facts, we are not inclined to release the applicant - convict on bail. Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
