JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to undertake agricultural operations.
Learned APP Mr.Pujari invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. Only in the month of May 2012, the convict was out on temporary bail in connection with Land Acquisition Case.
In view of the fact that the convict has enjoyed temporary bail only recently, the present application is not entertained. The same is rejected.
