Heard Mr. Mohmmad Asif, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 23.5.2018 passed on the correction application No. 1 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the description of the correction application has wrongly been transcribed as Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018, whereas the correct description is Criminal Misc. Application No. 1 of 2018. He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 23.5.2018 be corrected.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The description of the correction application No. 1 of 2018 mentioned as Civil Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018 shall be read as Criminal Misc. Correction Application.
The application on which the order dated 23.5.2018 was passed, shall stand corrected accordingly, and shall be read as if the order was passed on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application is disposed of.
