The petitioner claims that some pattas have been allotted in front of his house and such pattas cannot be allotted and, therefore, he moved an application dated 22.4.2018 before the Collector and prays to consider the claim of the petitioner.
If any such claim is setup before the Collector, he may consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
