Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have submitted a representation dated 17.6.2019 before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh for demarcation and delivery of possession of the chaks allegedly allotted to them.
It has been stated that the said representation is still pending and no decision has yet been taken by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh on the representation of the petitioners.
Without expressing any opinion into the merits of the case, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh is directed to decide the representation dated 17.6.2019 submitted by the petitioners within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after hearing the concerned parties in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
