Upendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime on instructions submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in the writ petition and prayed that the petitioner shall file reply to the suspension order/show cause notice dated 28.9.2021 whereby the license of the petitioner's fair price shop was placed under suspension within a period of ten days and he submitted that appropriate decision be passed by the authority concerned for taking decision on the said reply in accordance with law expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel and the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of filing reply by the petitioner within a period of ten days to the show cause notice dated 28.9.2021, the authority concerned will take appropriate decision in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
