Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla has put in appearance on behalf of Lucknow Development Authority.
The petitioner who is tenure holder of Plot Nos. 33/6 and 33/7. Being inaction of the respondents in non-payment of the compensation of the acquired land of the petitioner, which was acquired in the year 1986-87 and their consequent attempt to demolish the house of the petitioner even after their admission that house of the petitioner is not damaging the Yojana concerned, the instant writ petition has been filed.
Accordingly, without entering into merit of the case, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction to the opposite parties to award the compensation, if there is no other legal impediment.
