The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court of Judge, Small Causes, Allahabad to decide Misc. Appeal No.38 of 2007, which is stated to be pending before it since the year 2007.
From the order sheet of the case it appears that on the last few dates, the matter had to be adjourned either on account of lawyers' strike or because the court was lying vacant.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued to the court concerned. The petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case.
