O R D E R The matter is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.2 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2018.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the interest of justice would be sub-served in directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-F dated 06.06.2018 in accordance with law and take a decision in an expedite manner in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
