The issue arising in this petition is whether in respect of a building having a single point multiple connection separate electricity connection in the name of individuals can be granted.

Issue notice to respondent no.3 returnable at an early date.

Sri Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents may file counter affidavit within a month and bring on record the scheme of the single point multiple connection. Two weeks' thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit.

List for admission/final disposal after expiry of aforesaid period.
