Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner and do needful in the matter for invocation of relevant section of PACSO Act against the accused persons and further to also ensure the fair and speedy investigation of Case Crime No.129 of 2018 under sections 147, 323, 324, 452, 354, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Dumariganj, District Siddhartha Nagar.
The prayer made in this petition is wholly misconceived. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to avail the legal remedy available under law.
