Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of fifth respondent of installing a pipe over the immovable property of the petitioner. The petitioner has approached the respondents for redressal of his grievance.
By this petition, a direction has been sought upon the third respondent to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner.
As the dispute relates to private property of petitioner and there is dispute inter-se private persons, the appropriate course for the petitioner is either to institute a civil proceeding in a civil court or to take recourse to filing of a criminal complaint or a first information report, as may be advised.
