By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide and conclude the proceeding of Mutation Case No. 02386/2019 Computerized No. T201917140102386 (Smt. Chandrawati Vs. Laximan) within one month."
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed.
However, it is provided that in the event of the petitioner making an application to expedite the aforesaid case pending before the competent court, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law.
