Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the court below to take necessary action against the opposite party no. 2 in pursuance of the order dated 10.11.2016 passed by the Addl. Session Judge/F.T.C., Court No. 2, Jaunpur, under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. is pending since 2016 in respect of application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in the year 2015. He further states that till date no money has been paid to the applicant.
In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to take all necessary steps to ensure prompt compliance of the order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. such that the proceedings be concluded within a period of three moths from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
