Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
The applicants have challenged the proceedings relating to Case No. 1609 of 2002 (Mukh Lal Vs. Virendra & Ors.) alleging commission of offences under Sections 323, 452, 504 and 506 IPC.
From a prima facie evaluation of the allegations made in the complaint, which has been duly corroborated by the complainant in his statement under Section 200 Cr.P.C., it cannot be said that the commission of offences is prima facie not evidenced.
Consequently, this application stands dismissed.
