The present petition seeks for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Execution Application No.1 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
The order sheet of the proceeding reflect that several dates have been fixed in the matter but it is not clear from the order sheet whether there is any legal impediment in proceeding further with the execution proceeding.
Under the circumstances, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to apply to the execution court to expedite the proceeding if there is no legal impediment in doing so.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
