Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to decide the Suit No.02873 of 2018 (Computer No.201815060302873 (Chandrawati Devi Vs. Kishuni and others) under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act, Mauja/ village Pawai, Pargana Mahul, Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh, pending in the Court of respondent no.1, within the stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2018 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Phulpur, District Azamgarh to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
