This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the case no. 1450/2017 (Chandrawati vs. Naina under Section 34/35 of L.R. Act, in accordance with law, within stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 1) to the writ petition."
It has been stated that mutation case under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act is pending consideration since the year 2017.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 Tehsildar Sadar, District Deoria to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
