Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to decide the Revision No. C-2018050000001093 (Smt.
Chandrawati Devi Versus Ram Naresh and Others ) District Kushinagar within a short period."
Petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of a revision in a mutation proceedings which is stated to be pending consideration since 06.08.2018. It is also stated that lower court record has not been received.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 1, Commissioner Gorakhpur Division Gorakhpur to consider and decide the case expeditiously as possible once the lower court record received.
